anger management

this week has been horrible at work. my coworkers are incompetent and my boss does nothing to fix the problem, i.e. fire someone. it makes me think of an anger management test i once took.

as part of my health and wellness class (read - p.e. class for old people) we discuss things that cause stress which in turn cause greater chance for heart attack. this "test" was a series of questions about typical situations and you had to determine if the reaction stated is true for you.

here are just a few:

1. when someone cuts you off in traffic, you yell, bang your fists on the steering wheel or make other gestures.
2. when standing in the 12 items or less line at the grocery store, you count how many items people have in their carts.
3. when you and your significant other have an arguement, you often relive the conversation in your head.
4. other people's incompentence makes you angry.
5. when things don't go your way you get mad before you fix the problem.

i don't know about you, but this is clearly a case where other people's incompentence is affecting my health.

i wonder if i can claim workman's comp for the heart attack i plan to have.
